Where the Gulf Begins.
Dilmun Partners is the partner-led corporate services firm for companies, fund sponsors, and family offices establishing and operating in the Gulf — and for foreign sponsors who need a GCC borrowing entity before Gulf capital will engage.

THE NAME
The Gulf's first gateway.
Four thousand years ago, every merchant sailing into the Gulf made one landfall first: Dilmun — the island the Sumerians called the pure land, the entrepôt of the copper and pearl trade. Its merchants authenticated their cargo with circular stone seals, the region's first marks of commercial trust.
Dilmun Partners carries that mandate into the modern registry. We establish companies, fund managers, and family offices in Bahrain, the DIFC, and across the Gulf — formation, licensing, governance, and banking, conducted by partners to counsel's standard.
"The seal of Dilmun was the Gulf's first certificate of good standing."

THE PRACTICE
Seven desks. One standard.
The full lifecycle of a Gulf presence — from first filing to standing governance — under one seal, handled by senior hands.
Dilmun Formation
Incorporation, registration, branches, foundations, and SPVs across Bahrain and DIFC.
Dilmun Licensing
CBB and DFSA applications — business plans, financial projections, compliance frameworks.
Dilmun Governance
Company secretarial, directorships, UBO and economic-substance filings, AML frameworks.
Dilmun Banking & Substance
Account opening, registered office, staffing, and visas — substance that survives scrutiny.
Dilmun Funds
Sponsor set-up and fund domiciliation — DIFC Exempt and Qualified Investor Funds, CBB-registered funds.
Dilmun Family Office
DIFC family arrangements, foundations, and succession structures for significant families.
Dilmun Capital Access
The GCC borrowing or investee entity foreign sponsors need before Gulf capital will engage.
DILMUN CAPITAL ACCESS
The borrowing
entity.
Gulf banks and investment firms do not lend to foreign obligors they cannot reach. Before capital engages — a facility, a bridge, an investment partner — the sponsor needs a locally incorporated vehicle the lender can underwrite, secure against, and enforce upon.
We form it, structure it with your counsel and lender, and keep it in good standing for the life of the facility.
Arranging credit and capital introduction are regulated activities. Dilmun forms and governs the vehicle; capital is arranged with appropriately licensed counterparties.
Form
A DIFC Prescribed Company or Bahrain SPV, incorporated to lender specification — the local obligor Gulf capital requires.
Structure
Share pledges, security coordination with counsel, and documentation assembled to underwriting standard.
Govern
Directorships, registered office, and filings for the life of the facility — a vehicle that survives bank compliance review.
JURISDICTIONS
Two anchors. One Gulf.
We advise on both without preference — the right answer depends on what you are building, what you are raising, and who must be persuaded.
