These terms govern your use of dilmunpartners.group. By using the site you accept them. Engagements with Dilmun Partners are governed by the separate engagement letter agreed for each matter.

Information, not advice
The material on this website is general information about Dilmun Partners and the jurisdictions in which we work. It is not legal, tax, regulatory, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Advice is given only in writing under an engagement letter, addressed to the client and scoped to their circumstances.
Regulated activities
Dilmun Partners provides corporate formation, governance, and company secretarial services. Regulated activities — including arranging credit, advising on financial products, and managing investments — are conducted only by appropriately licensed counterparties under the Central Bank of Bahrain or the Dubai Financial Services Authority, as applicable. Where a matter requires such activities we coordinate them with the relevant licensed party.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a client relationship. A relationship is formed only when we have completed onboarding and issued an engagement letter accepted in writing. Please do not send confidential or privileged information in an initial enquiry.
Intellectual property
The text, imagery, seal, and other content on this site are owned by Dilmun Partners or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference; other use requires our prior written consent.
Third-party references
References to regulators, jurisdictions, banks, or other institutions describe the operating environment. They do not imply endorsement of Dilmun Partners by those institutions, nor endorsement by us of any specific counterparty for a particular matter.
Availability and accuracy
We maintain this site with care but make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or that every detail is current. Regulatory frameworks in the GCC evolve; before acting on any point mentioned here, verify the current position with us or another qualified adviser.

Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without prejudice to any different governing-law clause in an engagement letter, which prevails for that engagement.
